Color Anodized Aluminium Round Tube

Color anodized aluminum tube is processed from 6061 / 6063 high-quality aluminum alloy tube through extrusion forming, precision surface pretreatment and colorful anodic oxidation treatment. A dense alumina protective film is formed on the tube surface by electrochemical reaction, and color is infiltrated into the oxide film layer, realizing integrated coloring without paint peeling or falling off. Available in round tube, square tube, rectangular tube and special-shaped tube specifications, with uniform and delicate surface color, metallic texture, stable dimensional tolerance and excellent straightness. It can support customized pipe diameter, wall thickness, length, oxide film thickness and custom color matching, and can be matched with bending, cutting, drilling, chamfering and other deep processing services.
