It includes two main lines: the DLYKZ heavy duty model and the DLYKQ light duty model. The screen box is bolted together from side plates, beams, and reinforcement plates for long service life and stable operation. The exciter is mounted inside the screen frame, driven by a motor through a coupling. Material moves in a near circular path, with fines working through the bed and passing the screen openings. Particles stuck in the openings are ejected to prevent blinding. Dual amplitude is adjustable from 5 to 8 mm by changing the angle of the eccentric blocks or adding counterweights, without stopping production.
