Automatic Paper Roll Wrapping Machine

Paper roll handling system is mainly designed to deliver paper rolls and finish roll wrapping progress. Paper roll conveyors connect all handling machines. The complete progress includes: auto roll conveyor, auto roll measurement, auto roll rotating, roll lifting, roll film wrapping / kraft paper wrapping, roll upender, paper roll strapping, and RGV roll trolley, etc..  Paper roll wrapping and conveying system work flow: Paper roll from rewinder are delivered to Sinolion conveyor, stick barcode on paper roll. Paper rolls are conveyed to different station like weighing, measurement and rotating, etc.. Roll wrapping system can finish packaging with kraft paper or stretch film, or even foam.  Rolls can be tiltered 90deg to stand on pallet for storage. Automatic pallet handling and roll strapping system are available.
