The AS2741 Bolt Type Bow Shackle is a professional Rigging Hardware product manufactured by Rizhao Huili Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in accordance with the Australian Standard AS2741, belonging to our Heavy-Duty Shackles series as a bolt-type bow model. The body is integrally die-forged from high-quality carbon steel through a Drop Forgings process, while the pin is forged from alloy steel. After quenching and tempering heat treatment, it delivers outstanding strength and toughness, with a test load of 2.2 times the working load limit and an ultimate load of 5 times the WLL, fully complying with the AS2741 Grade S standard. This product features a bow (Omega-type) design with a spacious inner bow area, capable of accommodating multiple chain legs, synthetic web slings, and wire rope slings simultaneously, making it an ideal connector for multi-leg lifting systems.
