In the pretreatment stage, degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion and other steps are used to remove oil and impurities on the surface of aluminum to enhance the adhesion of the coating; in the spraying stage, the powder coating is evenly sprayed on the surface of the aluminum profile using the principle of electrostatic adsorption; in the curing stage, the powder is melted by high-temperature baking to form a dense and durable coating. The installation site must be flat and ventilated, and the pretreatment, spraying, and curing equipment must be installed in sequence and the electrical and piping systems must be connected.
