Aluminum Coil Rewinder Machine

  Our aluminum coil rewinder is the terminal rewinding unit for cut to length line, Coil Cutting Machine and coil slitting line, specially designed for recoiling thin and soft aluminum strips after Longitudinal Shear processing. Cooperated with straightening machine, slitting knife blade and Rubber Sleeve, it winds split aluminum strips into neat compact finished coils. In full coil slitting line workflow, after metal strips pass straightening machine leveling and longitudinal shear by high‑precision slitting knife blade, this rewinder applies constant‑tension control to complete recoiling. The high‑elastic Rubber Sleeve installed on mandrel increases friction force, prevents aluminum strip slipping and avoids indentation on soft aluminum surface.
