BMO-8026GP is an ultra-high-capacity nitrogen generator designed for single equipment or multiple laser clusters with power exceeding 80,000 watts. It is equipped with a 60KW power adapter that can be connected to a three-phase five-wire 380V power supply. The gas production capacity is up to 260m³/h, with purity adjustable from 85% to 99%. This is sufficient to meet the massive nitrogen demand of large-scale high-power laser production lines.
Through processes such as compression, drying, and filtration, it produces high-purity nitrogen with a dew point of -40℃, an oil content of ≤0.1mg/m³, and a dust content of ≤0.1μm. This effectively protects high-power laser heads and lenses. The working pressure is ≤2.0MPa and can be adjusted. The size is L7200*W2200*H2800mm, the weight is 5000kg, and the noise at 1 meter is 85dB. It maintains excellent environmental compatibility in large-capacity equipment.
