7/8 API Polished Rod Coupling

Manufactured in accordance with API Spec 11B, this component belongs to Polished Rod Couplings and adopts special TPRB internal thread to connect polished rod and sucker rod strings underground. Its overall structure differs from ordinary Sucker Rod Couplings and can be matched with Slimhole Couplings to suit slimhole oil extraction projects. It is constructed from the same material grade as Alloy Steel Couplings and available in TC, TA, TS, HA, HS grades. Optional metal spraying treatment, which qualifies the product as Sprayed Metal Couplings, improves thread wear resistance and prevents thread galling caused by reciprocating loads downhole. Designed as an integrated cylinder without wrench flats, it distinguishes itself from traditional Wrench Flat Couplings and features a compact outer diameter to cut friction during up-and-down movement of rod strings.
